Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a shoot, request or set up a listing-page profile, submit listing details, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, the property address and listing details, your headshot or logo, and any message you send. When a buyer or visitor submits an inquiry on a listing page, we collect the name they give us, the phone number or email address they provide so the agent can reach them, and any message.

Payment information. When you pay for services, your payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems — we receive a confirmation and limited details such as the amount and whether the payment succeeded.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site or a listing page we host, we and our infrastructure providers receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. On listing pages we also record aggregate engagement events — for example, that a photo gallery or tour link was opened — so we can report the listing's performance to the agent.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services: to schedule and carry out shoots, deliver photos and media, build and host listing pages, pass buyer inquiries to the right agent, process payments, send service-related messages such as confirmations, reminders, and delivery notifications, respond to your requests, and keep our services secure and working properly.

How we share your information

With the agent. Inquiries submitted on a listing page are shared with the agent presented on that page so they can follow up with you — that is the purpose of the form.

With service providers. We rely on trusted third-party companies to run our business and share information with them only as needed to provide our services. These include our website host (Vercel), our database and file storage (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Stripe), online scheduling (Acuity Scheduling), calendar coordination (Google), and photo-gallery hosting (Pixieset). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Roisum Residential, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & tracking

Our public website does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. We use essential cookies only where they are needed — for example, to keep studio users signed in. The aggregate engagement events we record on listing pages are used to report a listing's performance to its agent; they are not used to track you across other websites.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services and for legitimate business and legal purposes — such as completing a project, keeping records of the work and payment, and meeting tax and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including reputable hosting and storage providers and access controls on our studio tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by contacting us at the address below; we will respond as required by applicable law. Agents can update the details shown on their listing pages at any time using the profile link we provide. Service-related messages such as booking confirmations and delivery notices are part of providing the service; if we ever send optional marketing email, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link in it.

Children’s privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Other sites & services

Our site and listing pages may link to third-party services — such as photo galleries, 3D tours, video, an agent’s own website or social profiles, or property listings on other platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the revised policy.
