iGuide
Ideal for out-of-state buyers or properties with complex layouts. iGuide emphasizes information accessibility and navigation efficiency.
When to recommend it: Large homes, confusing floor plans, builders looking to add to a portfolio, short-term rentals like VRBO/Airbnb, or pre-drywall scans on new construction.
Benefits: Includes interactive floor plans and laser measurements. Buyers can verify furniture fit and jump between rooms using point-and-click navigation.
Considerations: Less photorealistic than Matterport's 3D mesh, but it facilitates faster comparative shopping.

Zillow 3D Home
Focuses on maximizing listing visibility and search rankings on the Zillow platform itself.
When to recommend it: Standard residential properties trying to maximize Zillow exposure.
Benefits: Zillow prioritizes native 3D tours with a special badge and improved ranking in buyer searches and email campaigns. Includes a downloadable floor plan.
Considerations: Visual quality is simpler than the alternatives, and it's only visible on Zillow (Matterport tours aren't supported there).
