To get you scheduled, we'll use a form to gather all of the information about the property. Shortly after you submit this form, we'll email you with a link to choose the date and time for your appointment. Once you've chosen your appointment date and time, we'll send you a contract and invoice.

The Appointment

Prior to your appointment, you'll be provided with our guide on getting your property staged, clean, and ready for a Roisum Residential appointment. Our real estate media specialist(s) may ask you about things you specifically want photographed, and things you want left out of your media services.

The Delivery

We understand the importance of quick delivery, and we stand by our 12 hour turnaround time guarantee. Following the appointment, you'll recieve a link to an online gallery where you can download your photos and videos. Links to 3D Tours will also be provided within this time frame.
